Sister Sharon Moffett
Sr Moffett qualified as SRN and MRN in 1980.
She was appointed Ward Sister in Wards 9/10 in 2001 and then moved to ward 6D in 2002.
This is ann acute medical unit in Hepatology on which Sharon concentrates.
Sharon is married with four daughters.
Sister Sonia McCoubrey
Sr McCoubrey trained in the Ulster Hospital, qualifying in 1986 as a RN.
After working in Paedeatric Infectious Diseases in Belvoir Park Hospital, she completed Midwifery at the Ulster Hospital in 1989.
Sonia then returned to Belvoir Park Infectious Diseases Hospital for a period of 10 years until the hospital closed and services moved to the Royal Victoria Hospital where she spent 5 years in care of the elderly.
She was appointed to the post of Clinical Sister for Medical Outpatients in 2001. She works closely with the Medical Consultants including Hepatology Consultants.
Sonia is married with two children.
Nurse Karen Patterson
Karen qualified as a Staff Nurse in 1990 and returned to the Royal in 1994, specialising in Liver Clinics of Outpatients Department.
She is the Hepatology Liaison Nurse.

Kim Brown
S/N Kim Brown trained as a State Enrolled Nurse at the Belfast City Hospital, qualifying in 1982. She came to the Royal in February 1985 working in the burns unit for 18 months.
While completeing the Enrolled Nurse Conversion Course, Kim worked in Haematology wards and Outpatient Departments for 5 years.
She has been working in Level 6 Outpatients since 2004. She has developed a special interest in Hepatology Clinics and is the Liasion Nurse for these clinics.
Kim is married with two children
